Our commitment to gender equality is evident through annual pay equity audits and industry benchmarking. In 2023, the gender pay gap at BankVic was 14% lower than the industry average (based on average total remuneration), thanks to a balanced representation across our leadership. However, our current pay gap reflects a higher proportion of females in lower-paid and part-time roles.

Our parental leave package supports our people when they're ready to grow their families, with twelve weeks' paid leave and twelve months' paid superannuation.
